Vitamin D3 – i.e. “sunshine vitamin”, is necessary to maintain proper body immunity; is responsible for the proper structure and mineralization of bones and teeth, regulates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, increases the number of muscle fibers and muscle strength, regulates blood pressure, stimulates insulin secretion in the pancreas and has a positive effect on the condition of the skin and hair.

Vitamin E – called “vitamin of youth” and “vitamin of fertility”; is a strong antioxidant, delays cell aging, has anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerotic and anti-cancer properties; improves the functioning of the body’s immunity, has a positive effect on the cardiovascular and reproductive systems and kidneys.

Vitamin C – has an antioxidant effect, protecting cells against oxidative stress and scavenging free radicals from the body; is necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system; takes part in the production of collagen, supports wound healing processes, affects the condition of bone and cartilage tissue, as well as gums, skin and blood vessels; reduces the feeling of fatigue and determines the process of iron absorption.

B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) – necessary for the proper functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system; they have an impact on mental health, they also relieve nervous tension, improve well-being and increase intellectual abilities; have a positive effect on the condition of the skin, mucous membranes, hair and nails; they determine the proper functioning of muscles, the hematopoietic and cardiovascular systems.

Folic acid – called vitamin B9; is necessary for the proper development of the fetus, especially the neural tube, and also prevents miscarriages; it determines the functioning of the circulatory and nervous systems, takes part in the synthesis of neurotransmitters, and prevents the development of anemia, mental illnesses and cancer.
